By creating an account or using Evora, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Using Evora
You may use Evora to design and send invitations and event pages for lawful personal or business events. You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for guest data you collect through RSVP pages.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Your content
You own the wording, names, and media you upload. You grant us a license to host and display it as part of delivering your invitation and event page.
Payment
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. See our pricing page and refund policy for details.
Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
Liability
Evora is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
